Someone who's ordered from Boswells please...

Help me figure out my problem. I ordered and received

1 unfinished Asylum edition pipe bowl in a bag
1 set of pipe cleaners with a tool
1 stem
1 baggie for two of the items
1 oz. of tobacco in a baggie
1 roll of tissue paper with a receipt above it

How in God's name was everything packaged in the Boswell's little cardboard box? I'm trying to pack it as it was, and I can't seem to get it to close properly
