The first time I started smoking cigars (about 10 years ago for about a year) I was using a punch strictly. When started smoking cigars again (about 2 years ago) I was using only cutters. Now, I've been experimenting with punches to increase some draw resistance. But, by and large, I'm a cut kinda guy.
