Ouch... I guess I don't get how Perdomo NOT raising prices on all of their cigars is a bad thing.

Oh well, I've been confused before so I'm sure it won't be the last.

IMHO If they can turn an extra profit by NOT passing taxes on to me, I hope they make a killing.
