I use the Food Saver. It works well enough, and as Jason pointed out they are relatively cheap and they do a decent job.
I get the bags on sale at Costco or from Amazon — they have Commercial Grade bags at very good prices in quantities of 100. Between sealing up Beads and sous vide cooking, I go through a lot of bags
