Justinphilly Guest Posts: n/a	Does "Icing" the kicker really work? Tonight the Eagles beat the Giants in a nail biter. But, with 15 seconds left the Giants had a chance to take the lead but missed the kick. BUT WAIT, Andy Ried called a timeout. He missed the first, and the second attempt. The question is. "Isn't this whole concept bush-league, and shouldn't it be stopped?"
