"Helping" means hauling bags of green and packaging pounds of roast and occasionally being asked for an opinion on new roasts. I've been going back and forth about whether this is something I want to try at home. Maybe when the weather warms up a bit I'll see about getting some entry level equipment and giving it a shot. This really needs to be done outdoors or with a robust exhaust system right?

Right, outside or I do a lot of roasting in the garage, with doors open.
