I think the 1 Shot, 1 Kill is a reference to a samurai or something as in a beheading, 1 shot to make it a clean cut. Since Matt is into the Japanese culture, I think that's what he's referencing. I THINK.

I wanna say these cigars were at the IPCPR or something and he mentioned it on a video blog. I may be wrong.
