I average maybe once a month (similar to you) and like the simplicity. I got the 18.5 and it's more than enough room. If I had the extra money laying around, I probably would have gotten a Green Egg, but the WSM is fine. Plus there is a huge WSM customer base and a lot of modifications, tips & tricks that are well documented. __________________ - Greg
