There is a reason for CI catalogs no longer advertising Pepin's association with 5 Vegas Miami (this after a couple of months not even having the line in the catalog at all save for a couple of mixed samplers, the line has "re-appeared" now with no mention of Pepin's involvement).

From CI's website:

I don't know who makes the cigars, but they're definitely still advertised using Pepin's name.
