Heartfelt Beads Have Arrived, Few Questions

The directions stated to apply one fluid ounce of distilled water per 1 pound of beads. I think I screwed up and added more like 3-4. Did I screw up?

My thinking is I'm not overly concerned as my humidors are fairly new and despite seasoning, I reckon the wood will absorb more moisture. Correct?

Lastly, David at Heartfelt is a hell of a guy. Fast ship and great communication throughout the order despite my n00b status .
