You've got two things to consider: temperature and relative humidity.

Temperature doesn't really hurt cigars, but sudden changes could. So, I would prefer the coolerdor to moderate the changes. The temperatures in your room are in a range that might promote tobacco beetles, so, you should consider freezing cigars before you put them with your stash. See this thread: http://www.cigarasylum.com/vb/showth...reezing+cigars. Also, I would avoid buying cigars from little custom shops. Stick to major retailers and manufacturers.

The humidity needs to be controlled by beads or an active system. Realize that, as the temperature rises, you need to add water to maintain relative humidity. But, as the temperature goes down, you need to remove water. So you need a humidification system that can move water in both directions.
