Any difference between 75 and 80 degrees?

I haven't had any damage and most say it doesn't affect the flavor. I think the biggest risk is wrapper splits, but if you do the fridge/freezer/fridge/room temp, it should minimize it. I've had wrapper issues with and without the freezing so I believe it's nil.
