I had ham for supper last night. I had ham for lunch today. I'll have ham for supper tonight. I'll have ham for lunch tomorrow. I'll have ham until I'm sick of ham, and I'll still have ham left to eat.

The single life has it benefits, but not when it comes to holiday cooking.

I had roast duck for easter. It came out really well...and the best part is I now have 3/4 cup of duck fat in the freazer for future use. Anyone ever had duck fat fries?
