Down the stretch

I know there's another recipe similar to this in the forum, but this one is a bit different. Making this tonight for a gift exchange party at my house. Always a hit:
Ingredients: 3 boneless, skinless chick breast 1 cup Marie's Blue Cheese dressing (can probably use something different, but this is a very good "thickish" dressing) 3/4 cup Texas Pete's Buffalo Style Sauce a dash of Tabasco 2 8oz. boxes of cream cheese Boil the chicken and shred it (I use the duelling fork method) Mix all of the ingredients together. Bake in a casserole dish with a lid at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Serve hot. I usually serve with Tortilla chips, and lots and lots of beer. *TIP* I usual prepare it all before hand and put the ready to heat casserole dish in the fridge and just pop it in the oven about 30 minutes before I expect people to arrive. |

Made this (close anyway) recipe yesterday for the Super Bowl. It was a hit, despite one of the best spreads I have enjoyed for a game, this disappeared first or close to it.

That sounds really good! I'm not much of a cook, but I might have to try this.
