Loose leaf Earl Gray from Tea Junction FF to FFF grade. It's good but putting to much H&H will kill some of the power of the tea.

Black tea from the renowned Satrupa estate in Assam, India, our Organic Assam Rani Estate black tea is delicate and slightly sweet, with a hint of Swiss chocolate. A very balanced brew, these exquisite clonal black tea leaves grow in a shady valley surrounded by the Himalayas. This pure tea is a treat. Loose tea in 4 oz. bag loaded with caffeine |

Yunan Gold from Adiago teas. A very tasty, almost spicy black tea. Good with pipe tobac.

I went to Bombay House last night, and had some "Indian Tea". One of my ex's father used to drink it, and I would always sit and shoot the **** with him while drinking the stuff.

So today, I decided to figure out WTF gave it that distinct flavor. Brewed up some Red Rose Black (go-to), and went sniffing through my spice cabinet. And... Fennel! Dropped a couple seed/pods in and let it steep : total win.
