Do we have any independent insurance adjusters?

I am a Insurance Agent now, but am thinking about going to work for a independent adjusting company. Also what is the average salary I should ask for?
They include either a company car or allowance for using your personal vehicle.

Company car! so much cheaper and easier. COMPANY CAR!!!!

who are you an agent for? I just started out being an agent! miss my company car.
