I had a Rojas KSG Red last night. Didn't like it as well as the Street Tacos or Bluebonnets, but still a solid smoke from Rojas.

I'm a fan of the Street Tacos Barbacoa over the Bluebonnets, Greg. Also just got some Street Tacos Carnitas in but I'm letting them acclimate before I try them. Might have to revisit the Bluebonnets after your review.

I had two boxes get stuck in USPS and maybe some year they will show up but Atlantic sent me these as replacements. They are good ROTT.

Tried my first Carnitas last night. I am not going to make any bold statements after only 1, but I think this may give the Barbacoas a run for their money for my palate.
