What's your favorite cheap beer? Mine is Grain Belt, which is a regional lager here in the upper midwest. It actually ranks pretty well on the Beer Advocate website. It typically costs about $8 or so for a 12 pack. It's pretty light in flavor, definitely a hot weather beer. Great for picnics, boating, after yard work, etc.

Grain belt is decent beer, and found a place recently with Hamm's on tap.
For home use, it's Coor's Light.

I've heard of Lionshead, never tried it. I love Yuengling, largely because I'm originally from back East and it just reminds me of home.
Rolling Rock is interesting. I don't care for it, largely because that's what we drank in college when we were able to scratch together a couple bucks for a 6 pack. It was a cheap drunk. I guess by bad association I dislike it now. They try to pass that off as a premium beer out here, like $7.99 for a 6 pack. Go figure.

I'm embarrassed to say this, but Blue Moon.
It's absolutely nothing in comparison to some of the other belgian whites I drink, lacks body, flavor.. everything, but for 2$ per 20 ounces.... it's something to drink when the $'s aren't rolling in. Can't eat top ramen every week in college
