Not much actually 1 maybe 2 a week at the most. Much more average is 1 a week unless it is a holiday time frame or football season. Or Golf weather.

Then my intake increases dramatically

man, it seems like I've gone from 1-2 a week to 1/day...seems to help me relax after a long day at work.
