Spring training is in full force in Tampa with games starting soon. Yankees new startign catcher Martin has not healed completely from his off-season knee surgery and will not be ready for the start of spring games. The Yankees released left-handed pitcher Andy Sisco today. Yankees signed Cuban shortstop Yadil Mujica.

Yankees beat the Astros today with a 5 run bottom of the 9th that ended in a walk off walk.

AJ started for the Yanks and actually looked good with his new motion. of course he looked good last year until the 5th inning arrived.

Yankees and Rays played to a 1-1 tie today. Yankees only sent 4 starting position players on the trip. Garcia & Nova both pitched well.
