I grabbed a 4 pack last night and I had to comment on this thread! The SS Oatmeal stout is one of my favorite beers. As a matter of fact, I bet my corner liquor store keeps in it stock just for me lol.

Definitely one for a beer lover to try.

Couldn't help but jump in on this thread... SS Oatmeal Stout is an all-time great! Also love Taddy, Nut Brown, and Pale Ale.

Been drinking this for years--in fact, one of the first beers I ever tried. It probably will always top my list of favorites!

Enjoyed my first bottle of it Friday night, wife even said that tastes pretty good. Time to pop another one.

Nah Tom, it was good but eh I'm fine just drinking the one I had. I prefer their imperial stout over the oatmeal.

Noone has mentioned the Winter Welcome? Stout is my favorite with Taddy Porter a close 2nd. years ago you used to be able to buy the big bottles for 2.99. We would buy 12 of them and you are set.

I have yet to have the Wintert Welcome. I almost grabed it a couple of time but never pulled the trigbger. The Oatmeal stout on the other hand is one of my favorits , goes great with a cigar.
