			sadly in this day and age the neighbor could probably sue and win for "encouraging malicious acts against the them"..... but I would still have that sign in my yard

			I believe we have had this discussion before.  Although it is a funny sign, in court you will likely be slightly more than responsible.  Even though the sign isn't real, its like having a sign that says "My neighbors are on vacation, please feel free to go into their home and take what you like, here is the code to their alarm system and I won't call the cops."
