| Have My Own Room | Bacon-Wrapped Cantaloupe (Really!)

Sounds weird, but tastes fantastic! A friend introduced me to this over the weekend. Cut a chunk of cantaloupe, about 2" square. Wrap it in thick-cut bacon & place on a skewer so the bacon doesn't unfurl(about 4-5 on each skewer). Grill on a barbecue until the bacon is done, turning often to avoid flare-ups. Let cool briefly & dig in! The cantaoupe stays juicy & the crisp bacon is a great complement.
