Lapse In Judgment Explained

OK, you decide.

You're The Governor of South Carolina. Do you

Here's what I think happened:

I think his staff miss-read the memo. He said he was going to get some Argentinean tail, and they read it "Appalachian Trail."

I'm not condoning, but I understand.
