Thanks everyone. I've got to say the wife and I got a pretty good deal on this one. Prior buyers added every upgrade imaginable but had to back out last minute.

If anyone is ever in Riverside County you should come by.

Thanks everyone. My wife and I can't wait to move in. Just need to get some landscaping done to the backyard.
