| Life is for living | Re: pnoon's what cigar did you smoke today VII? My phone's camera has a "portrait" mode now (no idea how long it's been there) so I thought I'd give it a try. It looks like it uses a softer filter than they used for Cybil Sheppard on 'Moonlighting'. Buh-dum-tss. Definitely dating myself with that joke...

Perdomo Lot 23 Maduro Robusto. I went through a ton of these back when I made the move to "real" cigars. I called them "Old Reliable" because they were just always consistent, in construction and taste. I would always have some on hand. As time passed, I found myself smoking less and less of them, and the Oliva 'V' Double Robusto became my new old reliable. I still had a couple floating around in my singles drawer, but rarely reached for one. A few months back CI had some boxes on sale so I grabbed one. Smoked the first last night, and it's still a damned good maduro at a good price. I might have to grab another box or two.

Glad they're as good as you remembered them, James.
