Avs win(beating the Jets), end a long road trip 4-3. Strange trip at that, win 3....lose 3, win the last one. Beating a Central opponent that sits above them, always good.

Side note, Duchene has 10 goals in his last 10 games...

Jets seemed to have this one after 20 mins, but no one could shoot the puck on goal - all over the map. Faded really badly in the third.

With Leaky out Hutch didn't look too bad. The second goal was a bad deflection and he couldn't help that.

Worry about Halibuck who has had a horrid season in the AHL so far. Should have called up Comrie instead!

Funny, Neil, the commentators for the Avalanche last night were calling Halibuck "the best goalie in the world not in the NHL".

Mmmm - I guess that's why the Moose are 4:9:1 and second last in the league.
I unfortunately have season tickets for the Moose - he's as leaky as Pav-a-leak.

He's ranked #18 in the AHL. His backup (Eric Comrie) is #2. (By stats)

Not my commentators, Neil, I'm a Blackhawks guy. Avs broadcast was the only one I could get (No Jets broadcast) on Centre Ice last night.

Avs vs Ottawa and Craig Anderson tonight. I'll miss the first half(have a game myself), but expect to start my Thanksgiving weekend being thankful for a win!
