Walmart has twin 15lb paks for $6.88 this week. Beats HD by a couple of pennies per pound which could add up if your buying a whole pallet.

Normally what I do is buy Home Depot gift cards in advance from the online sellers at 7-8% off face, and sometimes I can get home depot to take a lowes 10% coupon on top of the sale price.

Costco has two bags of Kingsford Competition for a very reasonable cost. Good base charcoal without a lot of flavor. Hint of wood chips and you're good to go.

Pecan shells have been my flavoring staple for a while.

Website is limiting sale to quantity 2 and the old $10 off $50 promo code above no longer works. Bummer. I could always make multiple trips as I work 1 mile from a Lowes.
