			Only a few coals and small logs needed for a 4 hr smoke session Rub down and membrane off ready to rock and roll After 4 hours on the smoker a little Rudy's sauce goes on and they get moved to the fire box to crisp up  Close up ;o)  Cut

			looking good!!! Not knocking your ribs, but it always confused me that people spend hours smoking ribs... all to cover the meat with sauce/bbr sauce. But then again, I like dry rubbed ribs. |

			no knock needed ;o)  I like em dry as well but the wife not so much.  You know what they say....gotta keep em happy.  Afterall she is the one who brought them home today and told me to start up the smoker ;o) Keeper

			I don't like em THAT wet, but I also have been converted from all dry to at LEAST sticky.  Personally I like the clean nature of the dry rack, covered in salty, spicy, crusty yumminess. But slather on some SBR and let em carmelize for an hour and I am happier than ever. |
