I bump this, as this sunday I will report at the hospital again, monday I go under the knife for part two, the splitting of the duo-denum. During my 3 week US trip I lost another 11 lbs, even with Smokin' Gators increddible BBQ, the great Cuban food, the Nicaraguan lunch I had with the Padrons, the Five Guys and Cheeseburger Baby burgers in Miami Beach and all the booze I drank. I'm on 286lbs now

You lost around 10 lbs. in around a year. Impessive to say the least. You will be in my prayers this weeken and Monday fo a succesful surgery and a rapid recovery.
