hey bro. i dont have the whole diet plan and all, i'm sure u can get a copy online to print off though. i have dvds. give me a few days and i can burn you a copy. i know the workout plan in online

Whoa, that would be most awesome! I can check online to get more info on the diet, although I'll most likely stick with the regiment that I'm on now:

Breakfast: Casa Magna Coronas
Lunch: Tatuaje Unicos
Supper: Opus Fuente Fuente

As for breaks, I'll just have a salad!

Thanks so much, I'm excited to get working on this to see if I can lose my gut!

I haven't purchased from that site, but I did snag a copy of Insanity from the 'bay for about the same price.

I only have 2 weeks left in Phase 3 of P90X and I was looking to buy Insanity to do a hybrid next
