Cigar and Beer pairings you enjoy

For those who enjoy a beer with their cigar... What are some cigar and beer pairing that have really hit the spot for you?

I have found a Cain F' and a glass of Ninkasi Total Domination IPA go together very nicely.

Ninkasi is a local brewery in Portland, OR - so I'm not sure if their beers are widely available in other states.
