That sounds soo good, my wife made me something similar except without the toast.
She lined a muffin tin with bacon, put an egg in and topped it with cheese. It was amazing!!! The bacon stayed the shape of muffin tin and I was blown away!

By the time I finished scrolling all the way to the right so I could read the recipe, I was too worn out to make these. I think I'll just go order a McRib instead.
