I got a J.O.B.

After all the trials and tribulations over the last month. L-3 Communications offered me position with their company as a Sr. Field Engineer I. I will be able to separate from the Air Force and return to the same unit the very next day in civilian clothes. I am truly lucky to have fallen into such a position as I know not everyone is able to make such a seamless transition from losing one job to starting the next one. Thanks to everyone here for the support. It has been a trying and stressful time of uncertainty for both myself and my family.

Great to hear it's all settled! Now Ed and I have to plan a party....hmmm. I believe some Cohibos are in order

Congrats on the job, staying on Okinawa must be a real pain...

I may be looking at doing something similar in a couple of years if I can line things up. Still have plenty of things I want to finish first, but it's currently a potential option for me.
