I had been thinking about this project for a while. The case is the Pelican 1500. Trays are from Ron at Cigar Solutions (props to Ron!!). Trimmed the trays by about 3/8", more or less, on the long side to make two fit side-by-side per layer. Will hold 100 churchills and DCs snugly using the trays, 20 cigars per layer x 5 layers, or easily 150 coronas and PCs. 65% humidity sheets line the top and bottom. Bring on the annual herf!

Nice case!
You can probably double the capacity by using 5-finger bags instead of trays. I have a 30 count cigar caddy that holds 50-60 when I use bags instead of trays.
