In the Dc area (Arlington, VA) good place to smoke?

Hello crew. I'm in the DC area (Arlington, VA) & was thinking about hitting the JR's after lunch (12p). Would there be any other suggestions of B&M's I should try or is that my best bet? Thanks BOTL and enjoy your day..
