Cigar box table

So last night my son set his pumpkin on our coffee table a bit too hard and broke the glass. So today I decided to do this

It's still a project and isn't finished just yet. I have to fill in the gaps and put some sealant on it. I was doing a lamp project but it didn't turn out to well so here's my coffee table project.

Will do Chingas, once I get home tonight. More of less a rectangular coffee table that had a glass inlay that now has a cigar box top inlay

I shall be adding bands around the edge of the table.

A nice layer of acrylic over the top of the completed project would look real nice and protect it forever.

I do plan on doing that once I complete the project. I'm also going to put cigar bands around the outer edge of the table and seal those as well.
