Is online poker legal? Does anyone know for certain (either first hand playing or reading legislation articles)?
I used to play on Party Poker a lot (back in 05-06), but have since stopped playing due to lack of free time. I'd like to get back in it, but I have heard that it is a lot more illegal/monitored now. |

All of these companies (Full Tilt, BoDog, Absolute, etc) are based outside the U.S., so that's how they get away with it. I've been playing for years with no problem.
