Default Can someone explain Indian Tabac?

I see it often, and I thought it was a brand, but I see Indian Tabac by Drew Estate, by Rocky Patel, etc. etc... Is it a wrapper? Or filler type?

Thx

Indian Tabac is a Rocky Patel brand - where have you seen it branded Drew Estate?

From what I understand, Rocky Patel first started Indian Tabac in 1996. Indian as in Indian motorcycle, not Bangalore. Indian Tabac is a brand.

He introduced the Rocky Patel brand in 2002 or so. Since then he has introduced a number of fine cigars. Nestor Placencia in Honduras rolls most or all of Rocky's cigars I think.

I have not seen Indian Tabac from Drew Estates.

I believe you are correct

I still buy them on special as work cigars.

Cheap little, consistent Mild to Med cigars.

I am a big fan of RP blends so I still like these a few times a week.

They defiantly get better with age too.
I am now smoking them that have over a year on them and they really smooth out.

I am a fan of RP IT line. Especially the Super Fuerte Maddy's. There not the best stick but are good and can usually be had for a VERY reasonable price. Sometimes a buck a stick

Indian Tabac Maduro and Super Fuerte Maduro is indeed a tasty inexpensive stick.

If only they made ITSFMs as Lanceros. Now we're talking.

I just noticed that CI has an RP Fusion Lancero in their current catalog, but at 6 bucks per stick, I won't be biting.
