LFD Double Ligero Maduro substitute

Hey friends!

I have been a fan of the LFD double ligero maduro for some time, but they seem to be harder to find and more expensive when I do find them. I really like to rich, coffee and almost chocolate flavor, strong flavor profile without being some overly spicy/peppery. Can someone give me a few suggestions for other sticks that might be similar?

Maybe give a Padron Maduro a try.

Maybe try some sticks from E.P. Carillo? He originated the La Gloria Cubana (US version) back in the day.

I’m rediscovering this post from nearly 2 years ago! I tried the LGC Series R maduro, and it was amazing. The price point is better than LFD and it’s more available too.

It seems like I’m turning into a maduro lover, I guess. Any other recommendations?

Padron Maduro 3000
Padron 1964 Anny Maduro
