Any members from Dominican Republic?

I am looking for someone who possibly lives in the Dominican of has a house down there and knows the ropes.
Sometime next year the wife and I will be going there to start house/condo shopping and It sure would be nice to Have a insider to help.We would be willing to pay a nominal fee in required for the service. Or just making friends and burning a few cigars and killing a few dozen corona's would be great also.

I'm Dominican but don't live down there. Just to give you a heads up if you are not a citizen you will pay for fees out of the woodworks. Also having a little extra "change" to hand out will speed up the process.

No Coronas out there BTW.....Presidente is the beer of choice.
