Legal Advice needed.

Is there anyone out there willing to offer some advice pertaining to documentation for the state of Oregon and a will for a single parent to provide guardianship for the child in the event of an accident. This doesn't need to be a living will.

I can provide more details upon request, as it's a sticky situation, but any legal advice on the documentation my sister-in-law would need for this would help.

Have her try contacting a LegalAid office in her area. Local social service offices should be able to direct her to the right people.
