I have just bought an edgestar twr282s 28 bottle, my questions is, it does not have a digital temp gauge. Does anyone know what the temp range is for the edgestar, and where should i set it at?
Thanks ahead of time for the help. Dan |

Here you go:
http://www.edgestar.com/products/win...S_quickref.pdf Looks like the low 50's to the mid 60's. I say your fine at the higher end of the range. I keep my humi at 65*. ![]() |

I assume it's thermo electric? If so, it will vary by outside ambient temp. You should get a digital thermometer to set inside and turn the unit on. Trial and error is what's needed. Of all the coolers I've had. they tend to show 5 degrees cooler by the built in thermo than is actually the case. Right now during the summer months, mine is set at 63 to maintain a 68 degree actual temp inside.

I keep mine at 63 degrees...no issues here. You can pick up a digital thermometer/hygrometer at Walmart for like $7...does the trick just fine.

Just set it to the highest/warmest possible. Even when my house is 90 the Edgestar is cranking 68 degrees.
