I'm in Georgia so you can guarantee we get some boiled peanuts here!
![]() One of the guys that sells them does Regular and Cajun flavored. I know he uses cayenne pepper and a bunch of sliced jalapenos in his - however I don't know the ratios he uses. I've also seen a quite a few recipes that use a Cajun crab boil like Zatarain's or just Cajun seasoning. |

zatarains is a good choice, any good cajun spice mix should do tho. Make sure it's a salty one.
