Restaurants in Springfield, IL?

My Wife and I will be in Springfield this Sunday visiting my Bro, who's going to UIS. I'm wanting to take everyone to a nice dinner and was wondering where the places to go are. Also, cigar shops...where the hell are they? I struck out last time I went up there. Any help from my Springfield BOTLS is greatly appreciated.
