I can't find that Vine, but it can't be worse than his meltdown on the par-4 eighth hole at Pinehurst No. 2 back in 1999, where he shot an 11 after a penalty for smacking his moving ball over the green.

Never pitched one in the water, but did get more yardage than a tee shot a few times.

OK, so I've seen the clip, and I guess a ten on a par-3 is as bad as eleven on a par-4, at least mathematically. But it was a pretty lame chuck on John's part, as the club didn't go but about 20 yards.

I loved how the kid dove in from the boat and retrieved it. That would be a pretty sweet souvenir
