they are fish balls made from a mixture of different fishes. The bones of the fish are use to make a sauce. As the bones are gelatinous, when the sauce goes cold, it become jelly. So, you make a fish ball using ground fish from different fish and boil it along with the bones to cook it. The liquid is poured over the fish balls, put into the fridge, it becomes jelly, you eat it with the hotest horseraddish money can buy to hide the taste
