ICS. Shoulder was giving me fits, so we had to modify some things.
Flat bench
Incline bench
Weighted pushups
Dips
Facepulls
Seated high rows
Trainer noticed I’m slumping my shoulders a bit, so we added the upper back exercises to get those back in line.
