If your cabinet does seal well, and if the ambient RH is too high, I've heard that
these guys can work very well. Never used one personally, only 2nd hand reports. Price seems reasonable....

these have been used by buddies for storing their classic cars. Can't imagine why it wouldn't work in a humidor....
