DB Reverse lunges
hanging knees to elbows
Various heavy carries 4 x 50ft
I may need a wheelbarrow to get around tomorrow.
Post workout: 4 eggs, assorted veg and some habanero salsa (because apparently I didn't punish myself enough this morning).
